The Gate Precinct DIFC is a fist ever Gartner / Permasteelisa project in UAE (JV with Al Abbar Aluminium). Alex Baur is a Project Manager. That time i'm not yet working with Gartner/Permasteelisa, im still in Malaysia. One of the Main Contractor is Malaysian Firm PECD and one more Main Contarctor is Australian Firm Nasa Multiplex.
