This two building is a first ever Gartner /Permasteelisa (Dubai Branch) Project in Dubai (not JV project). Dubai Festival City (DFC) one of the most exciting place in Dubai. just 15 minute from my apartment (by Car) on the way to Dubai Airport. DFC introducing very nice concept of leaving with waterfront/creek view, also i enjoy the architectural for whole development, simple but elegant, without ignoring the traditional element.
